Refund and Returns Policy – Prisoners Unite

1. General Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines your legal rights and our return procedures.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. email) at:

3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract:
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs
- Reimbursement will be made within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal request
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
4. Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Not be damaged beyond necessary inspection
- Be returned with proof of purchase
You are only liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and function.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable
Exception:
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
We may, at our sole discretion, choose to cover return shipping costs in individual cases. This does not establish any legal entitlement.
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned goods:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide a description and photos if possible
We will offer:
- Replacement, or
- Full refund (including shipping costs)
8. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Goods that are no longer in resellable condition due to misuse
- Items damaged after delivery (not caused by us)
